The search for my first peer-reviewed journal analysis

Working towards completing my first assessment in this class really helped me understand two things, one is that while searching for possible journals to explore and review, I should keep a backlog of links to journals that may be helpful for future analysis/future assessments. The other thing that I have decided to do is avoid Google Scholar. While I am sure there are many great sources on that website, it feels like every single one of them is locked behind a paywall, and I am just not willing to fork up some cash for a journal that I don't know what it holds in it. On a more positive note, I have re-established my own personal support for the Gale website for my journal searching tasks. While there are many other popular websites dedicated to publishing peer-reviewed journals, I feel like Gale is my best option. Even though while operating the site, its navigation can be a bit faulty at times, I feel that its flexibility with its context feature (which allows for searches that give more contextualized answers such as searches relating to high school studies) can most definitely save me some time the next time that I am searching for another journal to analyze.
